We can organise professional inventories for our Landlords and Tenants.
A comprehensive inventory is an absolutely essential document that provides a written benchmark which should be amended, updated and recreated prior to each new tenancy. In light of new Tenancy Deposit Protection legislation, it would be very difficult to make any claim from a tenant's deposit without a professional inventory fully documenting the condition of the property, fixtures, fittings and full contents at the commencement and at the end of the tenancy. An inventory should be seen as a necessary investment that helps protect the interests of both landlord and tenant. Our independent inventory clerks can provide you with fully comprehensive and detailed reports supported by digital photographs.

Extra Rooms i.e. 2nd/3rd Bathrooms/cloakrooms, study, Conservatory, Utility Room, Store Room, Garage, Shed etc charged £10 per room/unit
Updating Inventory based on check out report or insufficient Inventory List - If deemed necessary, the inventory company will update the inventory list to ensure a fresh inventory for each new tenancy and to avoid disputes at the end of the tenancy. This will be charged at an extra £60 (Price inclusive to VAT)
Inventory companies reserve the right to charge more than the guide price for over-furnished properties.

Extra Rooms as detailed above charged at £5.00 each. Using an Inventory not prepared by the same inventory company may incur an additional £10 charged at their own discretion.

Cancellation of appointments

Charges may be incurred if appointments are cancelled at short notice or if access is denied at the time of appointment. We will wait for allotted time period of 15 minutes beyond the appointment time, and then a charge of up to the amount of the full fee will be incurred.
