West London encompasses some of London’s greatest attractions and maintains excellent transport links to the city via the M4 corridor. Even Heathrow airport is simply a few stops away on the tube! Attractions

Despite being centrally located in terms of transport, West London is also the perfect retreat with numerous parks and greeneries to help you escape from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Gunnersbury Park, Ealing Common, Walpole Park and Kew Gardens to name but a few. Home to a number of Premiership Football grounds such as QPR, Fulham and the well known Chelsea stadium at Stamford Bridge, sports fans are well catered for as international games are held nearby at the world famous Wembley Stadium. Take advantage of the wide open spaces as Perivale, West Middlesex, Brent Valley and Dukes Meadows are to name but a few golf courses in the area. The annual Oxford and Cambridge (Boat Race) is held on the Thames from Putney Bridge to Chiswick Bridge and is a glorious day out for the family. The home of English rugby in Twickenham is a short journey away. Music and Theatre fans are treated to numerous concerts and shows which are held in the Hammersmith Apollo and Shepherds Bush Empire. Many television shows are recorded in the BBC Television Centre in White City and audience tickets are usually available online.

Road

West London provides easy access to Wales, the Midlands, the Home Counties and the rest of London by way of the A4, A40, A406, A30 and A5. These combined with a number of motorways within close range provide West London with a strong arterial road system, providing convenient access to London and the major motorway routes.

Tube / Rail

The area is served by seven out of the twelve London Underground lines, connecting with buses and local rail to link all residential and business districts. The Central Line begins in Ealing Broadway and offers a travelling time of only 1 hour 30 minutes to Epping Forest and Essex on the eastern side of Greater London. The Piccadilly Line serves Heathrow Airport and during peak hours runs 76 trains on the line.
