fast, reliable, competitively priced maintenance based on experienced judgement
with a full range of services available from fixing a dripping tap to furniture
supply and locksmiths
Gas Safety inspections and other certificates
We employ fully qualified Gas Safe Engineers to inspect the safety of gas appliances
at your property and then issue the appropriate certificate as required by law.
We also arrange inspections of electrical appliances and wiring by NICEIC engineers.
We monitor the tenancy and upkeep of the property with regular management visits
and report to you for your peace of mind. As part of our service we make two management
visits a year to build a friendly relationship with the tenant and to ensure your
property is being kept in a good condition.
Knowledge and Understanding
We utilise our experience and over 30 years of knowledge to act and resolve issues
promptly on your behalf. As well as carrying out the original works, our forward
thinking attention to detail makes provision for any potential issues to be resolved

Even if you do not want your property managed by JAC Strattons throughout the tenancy,

This includes arranging professional cleaning, obtaining required certificates,
